Peoria City won a place in the USL League Two playoffs with a hard-fought point against Des Moines Menace, but this was balanced against the disappointment of conceding an equalizer for the second time in the 88th minute. Just minutes before, Peoria thought they had scored the winning goal when the assistant ruled that the ball had just crossed Des Moines’ goal line, but a frantic finish led to the teams sharing the point for the second time this season.
